Absolutely Excellent!

An absolutely excellent book on in-home sales, especially in the home improvement arena. Zabec takes you through a ten step sales process that provides tie downs, talk offs, rapport building and solid sales strategies. All the while, he emphasizes the need to soft close and emphasizes that the days of the hard pressure close are now dead. His emphasis on selling the right product to the right customers at the right value really resonates, as do his suggestions for overcoming "typical" objections. This will be a staple for our training, as it teaches sales effectively and the "right" way to maintain a great reputation and excellent customer service.

As someone who has also read numerous sales books, I agree that this book is a gem. It has great practical advise to serve your customers and your bottom line with integrity.

It breaks down the sales process into an understandable science that's easy to implement. I highly recommend this book to anyone who's serious about having a long and prosperous sales career.
